Q01 How can I order?
Just click "add to cart" besides the item(s) you want to your basket, choose "Shipping Destination" from 4 categories, then click "Submit your choice"

Q02 Why are prices different for the same shoe in different sizes?
Prices are set by our customers, hence the difference in prices

Q03 How long does it take to ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.

Q04 How can I check my order status?
Once your order is shipped you will get a tracking number via email.

Q05 How can I pay? ORDERS FROM THE UNITED STATES
We ACCEPT orders with VISA / MASTER CARD / American Express, and orders using PayPal.
We do not charge your credit card until your order ships.
The credit card user must be the same person as the name printed on the card (owner of the card and account).
ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
We ONLY ACCEPT orders using PayPal, We DO NOT ACCEPT orders with Credit Card.

Q06 Can you ship to my work address?
We only ship to Credit Card billing address', or PayPal confirmed address, there are no exceptions.

Q07 Is safe to shop with RIF.la?
Yes, it is 100% safe to order from us.

Q08 Can I cancel / change my order?
We cannot cancel an order once it has been place, so please be sure before you give your credit card information.

Q09 Can I return / exchange my order?
All sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges in any circumstances.

Q10 Are All shoes authentic?
All shoes are guaranteed to be 100% authentic.

Q11 Can I wear older shoes?
Due to the fact that we sell shoes that could be considered "vintage", certain shoes, for example Original Model Air Jordans, should be worn with discretion. RIF.la is not responsible for any damage caused to these older shoes after usage.

Q12 Is there any products which you are not showing on the site?
We show every item we currently have in stock, and there are no other items, sizes, colors available.

Q13 My size is not shown on the website but is there any way you can get my size as well?
As previously stated, our full inventory is reflected on our page. If you would like a different size, please check back with us, as our inventory is updated everyday.

Q14 Every time I place an order, my order is cancelled because the items are all sold out.
All items are sold on a first come, first serve basis.

Q15 Why was my order was cancelled?
All orders without Credit Card billing address, or PayPal confirmed address will be automatically cancelled.

Q16 What if you don't have all the items that I ordered?
If there is any item(s) not available on your order, we have to cancel rest of the items too, because we can't make any changes to the original order for the customer's payment information protection.

Q17 Can I place a pre-order?
We do not accept any pre-orders.

Q18 Can you keep the item on hold?
We do not accept holds for any items.

Q19 Is there any discount available?
All prices are set by our customers and we cannot offer any sort of discount.

Q20 How much is wholesale price?
There are no wholesale discounts for shoes bought in bulk.

Q21 Can you tell me about any future update?
Please join our news letter, we don't send future updates individually.

Q22 Do you accept trades?
No, we do not accept any trades under any circumstances.

We ship via UPS or USPS from our store in Los Angeles, CA.

Q28 How long does it take my order to arrive?
2-6 business days depending on your location.

Q29 Can I track my order?
You will be provided with a tracking/delivery confirmation number once your order has been shipping via email.

Q30 I can't track my item with a tracking number you gave me.
Sometimes it takes 24-48 hours to track your item depending on destination country.

Q31 How much is the shipping fee?

All orders from the continental United States will be insured for the full purchase amount.

All orders are double boxed to provide optimal protection.

Custom charges are country dependent so check with the customs bureau of your particular country before ordering.
